This 30 minute seated massage without oils, back, neck and shoulder massage is tailored to your needs and situation.  After a consultation enabling you to discuss the reason for your treatment, your therapist will use a variety of techniques and, if useful, styles of massage to help you get the most from your massage. Your consultation will not reduce your therapy time.

Light pressure and gentle strokes are often used at first to accustom the individual to massage and then deeper strokes and stronger techniques can be used as each individual wants and requires.
